Support and steer ServiceNow projects, advise customers on functional coverage and technical solutions, and coordinate development for the area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, service portal, and UI components (CSM)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Strong team-oriented approach
- Solution- and process-oriented way of thinking
- Analytical strengths
- Knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
- Good German and English language skills
