Solution Architect Principal

The Solution Architect Principal will be a senior technical leader, responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and repeatable AI Ops solutions across BT’s mobile network domains. This role requires leading the end-to-end solution architecture lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements. This is a competitive role with a focus on continuous improvement and leadership.

Requirements

• Operational experience in solution architecture within large-scale telecom or cloud-native environments.
• Deep understanding of AI Ops platforms, data integration, and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kafka, AWS, BMC Helix, ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of TSA regulations, TM Forum APIs (e.g., TMF639, TMF640), and BT’s NaaS architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels.
