Singtel is expanding its business into Kuala Lumpur with the launch of a new Shared Services Centre, seeking a Senior Solution Designer to support Ivalua applications integrated with SAP ERP. The role focuses on providing level 2 and 3 support for Ivalua, troubleshooting issues, managing authorizations, and ensuring system stability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Ivalua’s S2C, SIM/SRM, P2P modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT or related field
- Experience in SQL, scripting (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy) and/ or ServiceNow
- Strong experience in configuring and handling S2C, SIM/SRM, and P2P modules
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills
Requirements Summary
