The Workplace IT Security Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining enterprise-level Workplace IT security solutions, focusing on process, automation, proactive risk identification, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams. This role involves troubleshooting, escalation support, and ensuring system security compliance.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent
- 5 – 8 years of experience with Endpoint Security
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Good in Microsoft Windows Servers and Proxy knowledge
- Good with Microsoft Technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, O365, SCCM, File and Print services
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Basic network knowledge including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, network load-balancing
- Experience with Internet Proxy servers, symantec backup software
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field. 5-8 years of endpoint security experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Windows servers. ServiceNow experience is a plus
