BlueCat is seeking a Solutions Consultant – LiveAction to deliver world-class deployment, integration, and optimization services for their LiveAction products, LiveNX, and LiveWire. The role involves providing expert guidance to customers, enhancing agility, and mitigating risks using a unified management lifecycle. They emphasize a focus on customer success and driving operational resilience through network management.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in multi-vendor networking (Cisco IOS-XE, NX-OS, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
- Advanced networking certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, VPNs, SD-WAN solutions
- Familiarity with QoS, application flow analysis, and packet-level tools (Wireshark, Riverbed)
- Experience with Linux, VMware/ESXi, KVM, hybrid/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of authentication systems (SSO, Cisco ISE/TACACS+, RADIUS, LDAP)
- Experience with RBAC, SSL certificate deployment, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
- Scripting/automation with Python or JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills
