The Solutions Director, IT Asset Management will lead the design and implementation of ITAM strategies, drive business development, and oversee global asset sourcing and recovery. They will also lead audit response efforts and partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure supplier engagements and IT asset use adhere to international trade, privacy, and risk standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of IT industry experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM best practices and implementation and a strong grasp of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem.
- Preferred certifications: ServiceNow HAM/SAM, CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager), CHAMP, ITIL v3/v4, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in selling ITAM services and managed solutions to enterprise customers.
- Deep understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, demand planning and procurement operations, logistics, and S2P in global environments.
- Experience with software audit defense, vendor contract negotiation, and IT governance frameworks.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, with a focus on strategic metrics, data integrity, and digital transformation.
