Solutions Engineer

Smartcat is seeking a Solutions Engineer to provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs, defining solutions, and aligning them with technical feasibility. The role focuses on building long-term customer partnerships, driving product adoption, and ensuring seamless integration with the Smartcat platform. This position bridges the gap between Product and Engineering, driving enterprise-scale growth.

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or a related discipline
• 5-10 years of experience in analytical sales or client-facing technical roles
• Experience with RESTful APIs (JSON)
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and agents
• Experience with enterprise CMS, PIM, or ERP solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
