ServiceNow is seeking a Digital Technology compliance Manager to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) across applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure. The role involves partnering with IT and business teams, preparing documentation, executing controls testing, and staying up-to-date on SOX regulations. This position will directly impact the organization's ability to operate with enhanced data security and compliance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance, or Risk Management
- Deep knowledge of access controls (UAR, SOD, privileged access)
- Hands-on experience with SOX testing methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory and audit standards (PCAOB, COSO, COBIT)
- Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Experience with audit and compliance tools (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, SAP GRC)
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
