Join NICE's AI Center of Excellence as an AI Knowledge Specialist to develop and maintain education and training programs for customers and employees. Contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, AI, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, Instructional Design or related field or equivalent experience
• 8-11 years of experience in education, technical training, or instructional design
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Conversational AI concepts
• Excellent technical English writing and editing skills
• Strong client orientation, with an understanding of client needs and concerns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading live training sessions
• Diligent attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (ServiceNow, SharePoint), digital learning tools, and documentation software
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global, collaborative team environment
• Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment
