Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an Employee Connection Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Warsaw. You will support employees across Europe, handling P&C Services-related requests and executing standardized processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR administration or related field, preferably in a global shared services environment
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) are a plus
- Strong technical skills with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and case management tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
