The Specialist I, Information Systems Application Delivery role focuses on delivering infrastructure automation, monitoring, and maintenance using various tools and technologies. The position involves collaborating with engineering and support teams to implement best practices around observability, incident response, and system uptime.
Requirements
- Total IT experience between 4-6 years
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of Automation experience
- Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, AWS System Manager, Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormation
- Working knowledge of monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Sumo Logic, Nagios, etc.
- Experience working with AWS infrastructure support role, including resource provisioning, monitoring, analytics, and logging
- Basic knowledge of Networking, Firewall management, SMTP, and Latency troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and reasoning skills, Team Chemistry and Soft Skills
