As a Specialist IT Administration at Jet Aviation, you will support the IT infrastructure and services for our global user community, providing 1st and 2nd level support for day-to-day operations involving operating systems and standard business applications.

Requirements

  • Experience with Windows 11
  • Understanding and administration of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
  • Knowledge of Android and iOS device management
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and workload
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills
