The Spl'st, Tech Support will provide L1/L2 support for Middle and Back-office applications 24/7 across different shifts, and continuously improve and innovate the strategic applications supported.

Requirements

  • IT service management
  • UNIX / Knowledge and experience in Shell scripting
  • Knowledge on SQL query, Sybase, PL/SQL
  • Knowledge on Linux, Windows Infrastructure
  • Experience in Control-M scheduling tool, ITRS, Confluence, Jira, Remedy and other tools
  • ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Problem, Change Management / Servicenow

Requirements Summary

IT service management experience, knowledge of UNIX, SQL, and Linux, experience with IT service management tools
