The Spl'st, Tech Support will provide L1/L2 support for Middle and Back-office applications 24/7 across different shifts, and continuously improve and innovate the strategic applications supported.
Requirements
- IT service management
- UNIX / Knowledge and experience in Shell scripting
- Knowledge on SQL query, Sybase, PL/SQL
- Knowledge on Linux, Windows Infrastructure
- Experience in Control-M scheduling tool, ITRS, Confluence, Jira, Remedy and other tools
- ITIL Knowledge – Incident, Problem, Change Management / Servicenow
