ServiceNow is seeking an AI Specialist to join the America's team in Orlando, Florida. The role focuses on bridging the gap between AI solutions and customer needs, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI and a strong background in AI modeling, deep learning, and large language models. They will be responsible for understanding business problems and bringing ServiceNow Generative AI solutions to fruition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
- 3+ years of technical experience selling AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with Nvidia Nemo and Microsoft Azure Python skills.
- Experience with large relational/NoSQL data stores and transformation techniques.
- Certification in a major AI platform (e.g., Microsoft Azure) is valued.
- Travel up to 30% of the work week
