The role focuses on bridging the gap between AI solutions and customer needs, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI and a strong background in AI modeling, deep learning, and large language models. They will be responsible for understanding business problems and bringing ServiceNow Generative AI solutions to fruition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
- 3+ years of technical experience selling AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with Nvidia Nemo and Microsoft Azure Python skills.
- Experience with large relational/NoSQL data stores and transformation techniques.
- Certification in a major AI platform (e.g., Microsoft Azure) is valued.
- Travel up to 30% of the work week
