Eurofins Scientific is seeking a North America LIMS Application Support Lead to support their enterprise applications within North America. The role involves leading a support team, ensuring reliability, and contributing to project delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or application support
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Proven experience in analyzing support data and driving improvements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge in Database & SQL and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix)
  • Working knowledge on ITSM tools and ALM tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with Cloud solutions (Azure)
  • Experience with observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana)
