Requirements
- Monitor customer network and IT infrastructure
- Incident management via ITIL based ITSM (ServiceNow)
- Troubleshoot network alerts and escalations
- Troubleshoot server/cloud/storage infrastructure issues
- Troubleshoot various communication channels
- Maintain system and process documentation
- Communicate with client, engineers, and vendors
- Create and maintain system documentation

Requirements Summary
