Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in large, complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM processes, and integration technologies.
- Practical experience with inter-system integrations (RESTful APIs, SOAP, message bus, middleware).
