Sr Architect, ServiceNow

Lead the application and integration architecture strategy for service management solutions, including ServiceNow and associated integrations. Develop and maintain reference architectures, standards, best practices, and solution blueprints to support robust service management.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in large, complex environments, with demonstrated expertise of ServiceNow platform architecture and service management
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM processes, and integration technologies
• Practical experience with inter-system integrations, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, message bus, and middleware
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering sustainable architecture and solutions
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation formats
• Proven capability to collaborate and drive efficiency across diverse teams, maintaining high visibility and engagement
