Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in large, complex environments, with demonstrated expertise of ServiceNow platform architecture and service management
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM processes, and integration technologies
- Practical experience with inter-system integrations, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, message bus, and middleware
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering sustainable architecture and solutions
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Proven capability to collaborate and drive efficiency across diverse teams, maintaining high visibility and engagement
