Dexcom Corporation is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their Total Rewards team. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive and competitive employee benefits programs.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of India benefits, time-off and leaves, retirement, and well-being programs
- Experience with other APAC countries is a plus
- Knowledge of statutory and non-statutory benefits in India is essential
- Strong writing, communication, customer service, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Workday, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
- Experience with project management and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment
