Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Service Desk.
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership skills (preferred).
