Job description
ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant (SPM/Enterprise Architecture) to translate business requirements into configuration requirements. This role focuses on enabling customers to accelerate outcomes, align IT with business strategy, and drive measurable value using ServiceNow's IA-enhanced platform. The consultant will act as the functional and process expert for Customer engagements, driving process improvement and guiding stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience leveraging or critically assessing how AI can be integrated into workflows, problem-solving, or decision-making.
- Active US TS/SCI clearance.
- 5+ years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations.
