ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant, IT Service Management Workflow to partner with federal customers on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on driving business outcomes through prescriptive guidance, leveraging ServiceNow best practices. The consultant will design, implement, and optimize ITSM workflows, working with customers to define business requirements and optimize IT Service Management processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
  • 5+ years of ITSM implementation experience as an implementer
  • Familiarity with ITIL or IT4IT
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, customer success orientation, and ability to deliver business value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
