Sr. Business Systems Analyst

We’re building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world. As a Business Systems Analyst on the Application Development team, you’ll be at the heart of the next-generation tools we’re building to transform CIBC’s management capabilities and enable our bank’s continued growth.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Jira to manage requirements, facilitate project management, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, document, and interpret business needs and challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to support effective systems integration.
• Effective Communication: Develop clear and actionable requirements, write user stories, and design user interfaces for new functionality, ensuring deliverables are easily understood and actionable by the development team.
