Sr Business Systems Analyst-ServiceNow

We are seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst-ServiceNow to lead the integration of UX design across the ServiceNow development lifecycle, champion UX best practices, and deliver intuitive and engaging ServiceNow-based experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, similar field, or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Expert level analysis skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
