This position is for a Client Onboarding Specialist responsible for bridging the gap between sales and technical implementation, managing client onboarding activities, and ensuring consistent high quality service delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, conducting client transition meetings, and ensuring client onboarding meets requirements and SLAs. The role requires proficiency in ITIL and service delivery management tools, client technology solutions, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related (preferred)
  • 8+ years’ experience in client transition management/onboarding or managing ITIL Service Delivery processes.
  • 6+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP contract administration and Salesforce.
  • Supervisory Responsibility
