Sr. CRM Account Executive - Midwest State & Local Government

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Workflows Solution Sales Executive to oversee market success in Midwest State and Local Government (SLG) with products like CX, FSM, Source to Pay, and related Customer Workflows solutions. This role focuses on driving new opportunity, supporting territory strategy, and providing expertise to Sales Leaders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI integration and a proven track record of success selling to SLED clients.

Requirements

• Leveraging AI in work processes
• Experience selling to SLG in OH, IL, MI, TN and IN
• 7+ years of sales experience with Customer Workflows
• Closing new logos in SLED vertical
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience with Customer Workflows
