Sr. Developer, ServiceNow

The ServiceNow Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves advanced customization, integration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration methods
• Expertise in implementing and optimizing ITIL aligned processes to enhance service management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
