They're seeking a Senior Director of Capture Management to lead an enterprise-wide capture organization, overseeing a team of Capture Managers responsible for acquiring high-value opportunities. The role focuses on disciplined capture practices, enterprise alignment, and strong execution to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle (DoD and civilian agencies).
• 15+ years of experience in federal business development and capture management.
• Proven record of building and managing teams responsible for delivering $1B+ pipeline targets.
• Strong track record building and leading high-performing capture organizations in the federal contracting space.
• Exceptional communication and executive briefing skills.
• Proficiency in pipeline management and capture tools (ServiceNow CRM, GovWin, and related systems).
