As a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our People & Culture team by encouraging a positive workplace culture and ensuring our operations are seamless and aligned with company standards.

Requirements

  • Conduct detailed and objective investigations into workplace issues
  • Mentor and partner with managers and leaders to handle employee relations issues
  • Influence team members and align employee relations practices with business objectives
  • Analyze data to identify trends and build reports with recommended actions
  • Maintain comprehensive and detailed records within a case tool (ServiceNow)
  • Represent Aristocrat in front of regulatory and governmental agencies
  • Conduct exit interviews and surveys, analyzing feedback to uncover patterns and areas for improvement
  • Identify, build, maintain, and acquire approval for all necessary employee/labor relations policies, practices, handbooks, and procedures across Aristocrat

Requirements Summary

5+ years of experience in employee and labor relations, PHR or SHRM certification preferred, in-depth knowledge of labor laws, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations guidelines
