Requirements
- Conduct detailed and objective investigations into workplace issues
- Mentor and partner with managers and leaders to handle employee relations issues
- Influence team members and align employee relations practices with business objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends and build reports with recommended actions
- Maintain comprehensive and detailed records within a case tool (ServiceNow)
- Represent Aristocrat in front of regulatory and governmental agencies
- Conduct exit interviews and surveys, analyzing feedback to uncover patterns and areas for improvement
- Identify, build, maintain, and acquire approval for all necessary employee/labor relations policies, practices, handbooks, and procedures across Aristocrat
