Insulet is looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Senior Employee Relations Specialist to support designated organizations and focus on performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.

Requirements

  • Manage underperformance cases, including coaching plans and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Support managers with disciplinary actions such as verbal and written warnings, final notices, and terminations.
  • Ensure documentation and actions are aligned with company policies and local employment laws.
  • Provide day-to-day ER support to managers and HRBPs within the assigned organizations.
  • Identify trends and flag emerging issues for further review.
  • Track outcomes and identify patterns or risks related to separations.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Support policy updates and contribute to ER process improvements.
  • Assist in delivering training and coaching to managers on ER topics such as documentation, corrective action, and policy adherence.
  • Manage ER cases in ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all case handling.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide support for overflow casework from other ER team members based on team capacity.
  • Participate in team-wide initiatives and contribute to a collaborative ER environment.

Requirements Summary

5+ years of HR or ER experience, Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, and strong understanding of employment law and ER practices
