Sr Engineer-Cloud & Infra Engg

This role involves building and maintaining high-availability cloud environments using various hardware and middleware technologies, collaborating with DevOps teams, and troubleshooting production issues. The engineer will monitor and optimize middleware performance and manage security compliance. Knowledge of scripting and ITIL processes is essential.

Requirements

• Install and configure F5 load balancer, Apache httpd, Nginx web server
• Troubleshoot middleware technologies (WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments with ServiceNow
• Analyze and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Maintain middleware documentation and configuration standards
• Support security compliance, patching, and upgrades
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
• 24x7 production support (partially rotational)
