Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting a Sr. HRIS Business Analyst to support key business initiatives across various functions within Human Resources. The role involves working with project managers, understanding business processes, and providing advisory support for new initiatives.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience
- 5 years related work experience
- Workday knowledge and experience required
- ServiceNow experience a plus
- Knowledge and experience of utilizing project management practices, tools and techniques, including business case development, planning, scope and issues management, and facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to drive results
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency using windows-based applications, including MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and with clarity across multiple audiences
- Demonstrated influencing and leadership skills, including negotiation and conflict management
- Consultative and advisory skills with ability to work and communicate professionally with project team and department/group managers
- Demonstrated planning, organization, and executing capabilities
