GovCIO is hiring a Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation's IT Infrastructure Support Services program. The successful candidate will have experience in a complex government IT environment and proficiency in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Experience in a complex Government IT environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests
  • Collaboration with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide mentorship and training to Tier 1 service desk resources
