As an Sr. IT Operations Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team for a 24/7/365 customer, responsible for leading IT service delivery, Network Operations, Server Operations support, and systems maintenance. You will work with technical teams to provide day-to-day operations, modernization, and enhancements to the enterprise operations, and develop customer relationships.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience leading a team that does 24/7/365 Service Desk, Network Operations, and Server Operations.
- CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ITILv3 intermediate or expert level certifications.
- Knowledge providing on-call support to technical teams during unplanned outages and Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, VMWare, ManageEngine, and NeuralStar.
