This is a Sr. Infrastructure Site Support role requiring professional etiquette, troubleshooting skills, and ability to alleviate executives' concerns. Responsibilities include leading and implementing projects, supporting Enterprise Applications, and partnering with administrators.

Requirements

  • Ability to alleviate executives' and/or company associates concerns/stress regarding devices
  • First point of contact for executive requests
  • Proactively and continuously strengthen relationships and engage with executive team members and their administrators
  • Lead and implement various projects in infrastructure and security
  • Support Enterprise Applications like Box, Okta, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 email servers and Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Automation of security patching, Enterprise Active Directory management
  • Partner with other administrators and provide solution for SaaS Cloud requests
  • Executive and end user support for Phones using MS Teams and Cisco and Crestron conference rooms
  • Assist in the management of software licenses and deployment
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and finding implementation methods to increase productivity for executives
  • Partner with engineering and cross functional organizations on solutions for the executive functions being supported, Infrastructure and security
  • Travel to support remote sites as needed for installation and configuration of hardware and software
  • Support end users with exceptional white glove treatment
  • Experience with Enterprise audio video conferencing
  • Experience collaborating with external technical vendors to troubleshoot or deploy hardware and software
  • Installed and configured enterprise/home office networking and Wi-Fi solutions
  • Experience dealing with Physical Security home configurations
  • On-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Well organized, ambitious, and proactive
  • Experience with MDM solutions and mobile security platforms like In-tune
  • Cloud experience with Azure, including but not limited to Azure server builds and SaaS services
  • Working Knowledge of Intune, BOX, Okta and various SaaS providers
  • Networking skills setup, connect and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with setting up, image and configure various systems...printer, computer, server setup and troubleshooting
  • An innate curiosity and drive to fill knowledge gaps and connect the right people
  • An understanding of network, storage and workstation architectures will be crucial to understanding production support issues and identifying solutions
  • Working knowledge and ability to speak intelligently about operating systems (windows 10, 11, Mac OS), networking (IP address spaces, DNS, ports), network storage (SAN, NAS), on prem Servers, cloud, workstation hardware (CPU’s, memory, etc...),
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Active Directory MACD
  • Experience with support ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and fluid environment
  • Willing to travel to provide support as needed
  • AV: Video Conferencing knowledge Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Google Meet etc...
  • IT: Experience supporting executive level employees. o Ability to architect simple technical layouts and perform upgrades as needed. o Reliable technical troubleshooting and customized implementation o Translate technical solutions with a distinct level of expertise. o Stakeholder management and good data/documentation management
  • Security: Foundational experience with Network Security
  • A willingness to follow up with users to ensure the solutions put in place are acceptable

Requirements Summary

5-7 years of IT experience or 7-10 years of equivalent experience in supporting Enterprises organizations and Executives, Enterprise systems and Video collaboration solutions
