As a Sr. IT Tech Support Specialist at Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc., you will be responsible for providing technical support to executives and end-users, troubleshooting devices and technologies, and implementing infrastructure and security projects. You will also be required to have experience with Enterprise audio video conferencing, MDM solutions, and cloud experience with Azure.

Requirements

  • Experience with Enterprise audio video conferencing
  • Experience collaborating with external technical vendors to troubleshoot or deploy hardware and software
  • Installed and configured enterprise/home office networking and Wi-Fi solutions
  • Experience dealing with Physical Security home configurations
  • On-boarding and off-boarding employees
  • Well organized, ambitious, and proactive
  • Experience with MDM solutions and mobile security platforms like In-tune
  • Cloud experience with Azure, including but not limited to Azure server builds and SaaS services
  • Working Knowledge of Intune, BOX, Okta and various SaaS providers
  • Networking skills setup, connect and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with setting up, image and configure various systems...printer, computer, server setup and troubleshooting
  • An innate curiosity and drive to fill knowledge gaps and connect the right people
  • An understanding of network, storage and workstation architectures will be crucial to understanding production support issues and identifying solutions
  • Working knowledge and ability to speak intelligently about operating systems (windows 10, 11, Mac OS), networking (IP address spaces, DNS, ports), network storage (SAN, NAS), on prem Servers, cloud, workstation hardware (CPU’s, memory, etc...)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Active Directory MACD
  • Experience with support ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and fluid environment
  • Willing to travel to provide support as needed
  • AV: Video Conferencing knowledge Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Google Meet etc...
  • IT: Experience supporting executive level employees
  • Ability to architect simple technical layouts and perform upgrades as needed
  • Reliable technical troubleshooting and customized implementation
  • Translate technical solutions with a distinct level of expertise
  • Stakeholder management and good data/documentation management
  • Security: Foundational experience with Network Security
  • A willingness to follow up with users to ensure the solutions put in place are acceptable
