Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven track record in network and systems administration, endpoint management, and patch/update cycles.
• Experience supporting cloud-based and SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and iOS administration and support in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in SaaS tools like JumpCloud, ServiceNow, Asana, Shopify, and Bynder.
• Proficiency in security tools like Datto EDR, Rocket Cyber, Obsidian, and Perception Point.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware issues, software applications, and connectivity challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
