Birlasoft is seeking an experienced ITSM Business Analyst to join its IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the business and IT, gathering and analyzing requirements, driving ITSM process improvements, and supporting ITSM tool implementations and configurations.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in IT Service Management
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, or equivalent
