Sr Linux Systems Administrator

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Linux Systems Administrator to provide relief and sustainable resolution to infrastructure issues, proactively prevent recurring problems, and drive initiatives for infrastructure improvement. The role involves system design, automation with Ansible, scripting with Python and JavaScript, and improving documentation and automation. ServiceNow is a leading cloud-based AI-enhanced platform connecting people, systems, and processes for organizations.

Requirements

• Strong background in Linux Systems Administration (CentOS/Redhat)
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps/System Administration
• Solid experience with Linux (RedHat and/or CentOS)
• Knowledge of one: Python, bash, JavaScript
• ServiceNow development experience (desirable)
• Strong experience with service troubleshooting
• Familiarity with administration of fundamental internet services (DNS, Mail, Apache/Tomcat)
