Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, with a focus on endpoint engineering, systems administration, or IT operations
- 5+ years in a leadership/management role, with experience leading global engineering teams
- Strong technical expertise in endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, NexThink, Airwatch) and OS platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux)
- Proven experience with automation and orchestration (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365, W365, VDI platforms)
- Deep knowledge of endpoint security (encryption, patching, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), zero trust, vulnerability management)
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and PagerDuty platform management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and digital workplace technologies
