Herbalife is seeking a Sr. Manager – Global Account & Client Contact Management (GBS) to lead the strategic operations of Global Business Services. This role involves managing global accounts, overseeing support center service delivery, and fostering a high-performing team. The position focuses on platform optimization, product ownership, and process improvement to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading service delivery operations, global Help Desk teams, or customer contact platforms.
  • Proven experience in product ownership, platform governance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in project management, customer experience design, and service optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Case Management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish.
