Insulet is seeking a Sr Manager, Global IT Service Delivery to lead the global service desk operations and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategy execution, process improvement, and team leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years IT support experience
- 3+ years people manager experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM tools
- ITIL v3/v4 certification strongly preferred
- Experience managing global teams and vendors
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience installing and troubleshooting applications across a variety of systems environments
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
