We are looking for a Student Support Advisor to identify, evaluate, and resolve the needs of our publics, providing extraordinary experiences through an excellent service. The ideal candidate is passionate about new challenges, committed to transforming Mexico through education, and has a degree in Law or Engineering.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law or Engineering
  • Experience working in customer service areas, preferably in Educational Institutions
  • Mastery of the English language (level B2)
  • Management of CRM or systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Baner, etc.)
  • Digital communication tools (Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp)
  • Effective communication skills, customer service orientation, results focus, and metrics
