LinkedIn is seeking a Sr. Manager, Payroll Operations - EMEA & LATAM to join our Dublin-based International Controllership team. The role will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for payroll delivery across 11 countries and approximately 3,000 employees.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive payroll experience with a focus on EMEA & LATAM payroll
  • 4+ years of people management experience including managing payroll teams
  • 4+ years experience in multi-country payroll operations, including regulatory compliance, statutory reporting, tax withholding, salary schemes, and social security requirements.
  • 4+ years experience in managing complex payroll operations, projects, and stakeholders
