Sr Manager, Payroll Operations US & Canada

LinkedIn is seeking a Sr Manager of Payroll Operations to lead payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll delivery for approximately 13,000 employees, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence through process standardization and optimization. This is a hybrid position involving work from home and in-office days.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience with a focus on U.S. and Canadian payroll
• 5+ years of people management experience including managing payroll teams
• CPP or FPC certification preferred
• Deep expertise in federal, state, and provincial payroll tax and labor law compliance
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management tools
• Strong project management, change management, and process optimization skills
• Experience with ADP (GlobalView, Workforce Now, or Streamline) and Workday HCM
