The role involves leading documentation, providing expert network support, and driving continuous service improvements. Requirements
- Significant experience with network technologies across mixed vendor environments
- Professional-level certifications in route/switch, security, wireless
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN, monitoring tools (e.g. ScienceLogic, ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated experience with vendor technologies such Palo Alto, Prisma, Panorama Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, F5, and Juniper.
- Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently
