Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to lead initiatives across compliance, systems, and employee experience in an AI-orchestrated workplace. This role involves owning critical People Ops processes, collaborating with other teams, and leveraging AI tools to automate onboarding, policy delivery, and support. The ideal candidate will champion an innovative approach to People Operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of People Operations or HR experience with strong process ownership
- Deep knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance, and policy management
- Fluency with Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice (and integration experience) and experience integrating them into workflows
- Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows or improve employee support
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Glean) to support employee inquiries, draft HR content, or manage documentation
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Proven communication and project management skills
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality
