Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior People Operations Manager to lead initiatives across compliance, systems, and employee experience in an AI-orchestrated workplace. This role involves owning processes, collaborating with various teams, and leveraging AI to automate onboarding, policy delivery, and support. The goal is to reimagine how People Operations is delivered at scale, considering the unique strengths of an AI-native company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of People Operations or HR experience
- Strong knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, HR compliance, and policy management
- Fluency with tools like Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, Lattice
- Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows or improve employee support
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Glean)
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience supporting scaling teams
