We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of our ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture, with the ability to craft scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with the organization's IT and business strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Computer and Information Science (Required)
