The ServiceNow team partners with business, IT operations, and engineering groups to deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 13–16 years of IT experience, with 8–10 years in ServiceNow implementation and development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM, with exposure to HRSD or Security Operations as a plus.
- Deep proficiency in Glide scripting, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end integrations (REST/SOAP, API, LDAP, SSO, OAuth).
- Experience in CMDB and Discovery (data model, reconciliation, service mapping).
- Experience in ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ability to apply them in ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Agile/DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- ServiceNow certifications - CSA, CIS–ITSM and any other CIS certification strongly preferred.
